Neil is a Grower Member of the BFA. He has a 3-acre Permaculture operation and supplies local, high-end restaurants with high quality crops. Neil is connected in the restaurant community and wants to work with chefs to bring them together with local growers of nutrient dense foods. He practices Eco-Agriculture, Korean Natural Farming and BFA's protocols along with Permaculture. Neil is formerly an Environmental Consultant, trained by CA OSHA, CA Department of Public Health and the EPA. Neil has been researching local rock dust sources and is interested in forming a mineral depot for his Chapter, taking groups to the coast to teach them how to harvest minerals.

Please join Chapter Leader Neil Brosig and Chef Taylor Hall from Apis Restaurant for the very first chapter meeting at Food Forest on Sunday, October 13th at Noon. Chefs, cooks, and farmers are invited to tour the gardens and discuss the current food system, what food quality is, and how to grow and be supplied with the cheapest, best tasting, most nutrient dense produce possible.
