We are actively in the process of building an open library of resources about bionutrient-rich crop production and the principles underlying it – recommended reading, book reviews, videos, abstracts of scientific research, and much more. Please explore and enjoy.
Like it says: recommended. This is a good place to start.
Periodically, we will offer a review of books important to understanding the thinking underlying the principles of bionutrient crop production, some from the reading list above, some from further afield. Check back often for the latest, or search the archive.
We are beginning to compile a body of videos discussing the principles and practices behind bionutrient-rich farming and gardening, as well as some clips of Dan Kittredge teaching workshops in the field, and testimonials from workshop participants. More videos in the editing room, and on the way soon!
The annual Soil & Nutrition Conference co-sponsored by Bionutrient Food Association and NOFA Mass is the premier conference in the Northeast making the connection between soil health, plant health, and our health, while also fostering community with conference attendees. Available for listening and downloads are the audio recordings of the presenters, as well as pdfs of their presentation materials.
Links to various interviews with Dan Kittredge, and audio recordings from workshops, podcasts and presentations. Check back regularly as we add to this archive.
